ENGINEERING
SYSTEMS THAT
CARRY WEIGHT

BUILT FOR PRODUCTION, NOT FOR DEMOS

I'm Alexander Sopov — a senior fullstack engineer and software architect with a decade of shipping production systems for companies that can't afford to get it wrong: Schibsted, Emerson, Dun & Bradstreet and Qamcom, plus my own payments platform. Chalmers-trained, equally at home in the backend (Node, Java, Kafka, AWS) and a polished React or Vue front end.

Acobe is a one-person studio by design. You work directly with the architect writing the code — no handoffs, no account managers, no telephone game. I embed with your team or run the build end-to-end, from system design to the last pixel.

FLIGHT SYSTEMS

01

Product & Frontend Architecture

Scalable React, Vue and Next.js applications, design systems and component libraries — engineered for teams of one to one hundred.

ReactVueNext.js
02

Payments & Fintech Engineering

Swish, Autogiro and card flows, Stripe integrations and event-driven money movement. I've built a donation platform end-to-end — I know where payments break.

SwishAutogiroStripe
03

Platform & Backend Engineering

APIs, microservices and event-driven backends in Node and Java/Spring — Kafka, AWS and Kubernetes, built to scale and stay observable.

NodeJavaKafka
04

Architecture & Technical Leadership

System design, codebase audits, TDD discipline and team mentoring. I've led teams and trained 100+ developers to industry standard.

05

Interactive & Real-time Interfaces

Data-dense, real-time UIs for industrial and operational tools — and increasingly, motion and WebGL for products that need to feel as good as they work.

LAUNCH SEQUENCE

T-04

Discover

Goals, constraints, users and success metrics. We define the mission — and the risks — before touching the launchpad.

T-03

Design

System architecture, data contracts and technical proofs. The parts that can sink the project get de-risked first.

T-02

Build

Short cycles, weekly demos, tested production code from day one. You see working software, not promises.

T-01

Launch

Ship, measure, iterate. Handover with docs and tests — or stay in mission control with your team.
